Who We Are

"I have known and worked with Patrick since about 1998 when we first discussed ways in which we could develop technologies into viable commercial product for an agricultural biotechnology company. Since 1998, Patrick and I have worked together on a number of different projects that have involved business issues, and complex legal issues and scientific issues. Patrick has an excellent understanding of business, but I have always been impressed with Patrick’s ability to quickly understand the scientific and legal sides of issues and how they impact the business. To provide some examples, Patrick and I have worked on a number of intellectual property issues and he has a very good understanding of the patent system and its importance. Further, Patrick and I have worked together in research in the lab and in the field to develop technology and Patrick has become very competent in understanding the somethimes very complicated scientific principles involved I have been involved in business dealing with Patrick where he has played an important role in negotiating the overall business arrangement.
